About Me

Hi, I'm Edwina.

Registered dietitian, twin mama, marketer, and media expert. I make sense of the messy world of nutrition science so you don't have to.

Edwina Clark
A little about me...

Thank you for visiting my site. I'm a DC-based Registered Dietitian, foodie, and fitness junkie on a mission to help others lead healthy and happy lives.

I've helped everything from itty bitty startups to Fortune 500 companies create and market wellness products. I love translating nutrition science into simple, practical strategies for everyday life and helping like-minded brands grow.

On this site, I focus on science-driven wellness strategies for busy people. I'm all about easy upgrades to help you be the best version of yourself. As a Registered Dietitian, I have extensive clinical training in weight management, diabetes, IBD/IBS, allergies, and sports nutrition (among other things).

Outside the office, I can be found in the kitchen testing new recipes, and running. I love the sun (vitamin D!) and am a proud native of Sydney, Australia. As of 2023, I'm also a twin mama.
