I take a science-based, holistic approach to wellness grounded in 4 key principles:

  • EAT a diversity of whole foods (especially plants)
  • MOVE often
  • Get enough SLEEP and;
  • Manage STRESS

Wellness is not just about one or two of these factors but the totality of all four. Each of these pillars plays an crucial role in disease prevention, weight management, and, most importantly-- feeling good inside and out. 


I recognize that no two clients are the same, and all of my offerings are customized for your unique needs. Whether I am designing a wellness program for thousands of people, or providing one-on-one counseling, my services are designed to foster sustainable behavior change through small tweaks to your everyday life, rather than 'get rich quick' schemes.
